Roasted Cashews

We buy the biggest raw cashews available and hand-roast them to a toasty golden crunch in our kitchen. While they are still warm we sprinkle on a light dusting of salt. Add nutritious to delicious and you have this; the perfect snack. One pound or half pound of roasted, lightly salted snack food.
