Our imported callets can be used for all of your baking experiments; mousse, frosting, ganaches, cookies or as a very special fondue chocolate. They are an xceptionally smooth & flavorful chocolate, which will come through in all of your recipes. Callebaut chips are slightly smaller than traditional chocolate chips. Available in Milk or Dark Chocolate. Packaged in a 12 ounce cello bag.
